I ceased all professional association with Mr. Frausto approximately 1 year before the public controversies surrounding Multitaskr. At the time of this project, I had no knowledge of any improper or criminal activities. This case study is presented solely to demonstrate my operational and project management capabilities.
Pioneering Personal Branding: A Tech CEO's Online Debut
Meet Joe Frausto, a seasoned tech entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. Despite his wealth of knowledge and extensive network, Joe had never ventured into personal branding and digital marketing. In fact, he had never maintained a single social media profile in his entire career.

BACKGROUND
Joe Frausto's expertise lies in financial consulting, where he helped numerous homeowners and real estate investors maximize the value of their properties. In 2018, he embarked on an innovative journey with Multitaskr, a digital solution revolutionizing property management. Multitaskr specializes in creating Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and guides homeowners through every step, from concept to construction.
Operating with seed capital from friends and family, as well as construction revenue for over three years, Joe recognized the need to secure substantial investments to scale his startup further. In the tech and real estate industries, having a robust online presence is crucial, especially when pursuing eight-figure investments. Joe approached us with a clear vision: a sophisticated, clean, and classic brand that would comfortably introduce him to the digital world. To bring this vision to life, I partnered with Boost Digital Agency, leveraging their talented designer, Eduardo.

THE RESULTS
Within a mere two weeks, Joe's follower count soared from zero to 500. His photos and videos consistently achieved engagement rates between 8% and 12%. Joe is actively fundraising for Multitaskr, targeting a specific type of investor. Notably, he has garnered the attention of VC funds like L'ATTITUDE Ventures and forged invaluable connections with esteemed mentors and potential investors, including luminaries like Chip Conley (Airbnb), Blake Mycoskie (TOMS), and Irwin Jacobs (Qualcomm).
We successfully integrated the bamboo element into the final branding while adhering to Joe's stylistic preferences.
